This is an earlier issue Regular Wheels style model of a Police Mini Cooper.
Suits both the 250b Mini Cooper and the 255b Ford Zodiac with a larger roof box with an antenna mount.
The earlier models were:

- 250b Mini Cooper Police Car (suits this model)
- 255a is the red Land Rover Mersey Tunnel Police livery.
- 255b is the Ford Zodiac which also shared a roof box with the 250 Mini Cooper. That model roofbox has a mounting hole for a plastic antenna.
- 255c is this model Speedwheels Morris Mini Cooper Police Roof Box without provision for the plastic antenna
